Morning Smoothie Makeover.

I like to constantly switch up my breakfast routine.

The older I get, the more I’m drawn to a liquid breakfast – I find it much kinder on my digestion.

Carla Oates (aka The Beauty Chef) makes a range of powdered supplements that work really well for me targeting skin, collagen production and sleep.

When I interview her she gave me to great Smoothies Bowl recipes filled with proteins, fats and goodness that women need for optimum skin health. The Autumn Bowl would be the closest recipe to a meal replacement recipe because you need a certain amount of protein and fats in a meal to truly replace a meal replacement.

Try and switch out your porridge one day a week or add it to a boiled egg – you’ll notice the supplements working within a week. particularly on your digestion.
