2017 started for me this morning.
Until the kids go back to school finding time for proper goat track – work, working out, goals, balance – is actually impossible. So today it begins.
First workout – see video below – and am colour of beetroot. My fitness and health goals this year are about gaining back five years.
I want the strength, stamina, flexibility of before. At least I’m going to try.
Dance is high on my work-out agenda – along with my old friend running.
