2017 started for me this morning.

Until the kids go back to school finding time for proper goat track – work, working out, goals, balance – is actually impossible. So today it begins.

First workout – see video below – and am colour of beetroot. My fitness and health goals this year are about gaining back five years.

I want the strength, stamina, flexibility of before. At least I’m going to try.

Dance is high on my work-out agenda – along with my old friend running.

And am going to try to alkaline my diet a little more . What’s your fitness and health plan this year? Always so inspired by other people’s journeys….wishing you love and success as it begins 💥

    Hey Paula – just wanted to say kudos for doing a vid where you’re raw and honest – love it when someone has the guts to be vulnerable – I feel and hear u – I’m a similar vintage to you and I also need to scale it back 5 years – now or never. Depressing huh but at least it’s up to us. Do or do not here is no try etc…thanks again!
